  • Abstract
    Single walled carbon nanotube based transmission line at terahertz frequency is proposed. S-parameters of single walled carbon nanotube are analyzed based on the compact equivalent circuit model and compare with Finite Integral Time Domain based numerical analysis. The results show that the carbon nanotube based transmission line has good performance than copper transmission line at terahertz frequency.
