Optimal system design of supply chain finance based on game analysis

Traditional studies of supply chain management focused too much upon the control of flows of goods and information; whereas neglected another important part-the control of financial flows. This paper presents the significant benefits brought by supply chain finance, for all the parties involved. In addition, three practical patterns are introduced and one, which is more widely adapted among them, is selected to build our game model. Through game analyzing, an equilibrium pricing mechanism can be formulated, which guarantees the maximum revenue for all participators.
