    In the era of knowledge-based economy, more and more people attach importance to knowledge. When knowledge turns to the core productive force and the most important source for worth creation, knowledge management (KM) is regarded as the effective means and implement to improve or rebuild the core competence for organization, including government. Now, more and more scholars and executors about e-government wake up to the significance of e-government KM. And the academic and applied achievements prove its mighty potential. As the important work to fulfill e-government KM, its performance evaluation should be widely and deeply analyzed and discussed, which determines efficiency and effectiveness of the implementing process. In this paper, something about e-government KM is introduced, firstly. And then, the evaluating system of e-government KM is designed and brought forward. Simultaneously, some relative problems, for instance, the method of weight configuring, the structure of the evaluating team, the evaluating index system and the algorithm of performance evaluating, etc., are widely and deeply analyzed and discussed. All the work is expected to be helpful to e-government knowledge management fulfilling process.
