Abstract
The derivation of the characteristic measurements of a photovoltaic cell using computer modeling analysis is discussed. The simulation of the variables and parameters is obtained through an analysis of the equivalent electrical circuit. The computer simulation program (TREE) is able to compute, among other parameters, the light current, the short circuit current, the open circuit voltage, and the efficiency of the cell at 300 K and generally at T K. It also provides the user with the possibility of choosing which one of the n +-p-ohmic or n+-p-p+ cells, can proceed with the estimation of its parameters
