Abstract
The method of embedded software design, using hardware in the loop (HIL) simulation with flexible simulation/development scheme is described. A distinction of the method is thought to be the systematic design of the control functions, followed by the step-by-step implementation of the functionalities of the mathematical model to the embedded computer. The economical effectiveness, refusing from the use of dedicated DAQ hardware is stressed. An example project of single servo axis controller software development is shown.
