When China grain enterprises are trying to achieve their international development goal, they have to face the political risk from international market and competition from trade and craft. This paper will explore the key factors which may affect the course of "Go Global" of China grain enterprises to be involved in competition by applying Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and then deal with political risk.
