This paper focuses on the implementation of software outsourcing software outsourcing business alliance decision-making process. As the software outsourcing business alliances can reduce costs, promote the software outsourcing company with other companies thinking about forming a common alliance to complete outsourcing software outsourcing business, or within the system? It adopts the principal - agent theory and game theory framework (principal-agent frame) to explore the software outsourcing alliance decision-making process. At the same time, explore the information disclosure (information leakage) risks for the Alliance to establish the impact of outsourcing. The results show that the existence of information disclosure act, Software outsourcing enterprises should choose according to their actual mode of the software outsourcing alliance.
