Abstract
In this paper, we assimilate the main thoughts of Aghion´s & Howitt´s Neo-Sebumpetertan endogenous growth model, conceives an endogenous growth model including governmental public R&D, analyzes the functionary mechanism between governmental public R&D and economic growth, demonstrates the effects of different kinds of governmental public R&D on corporations´ R&D and societal balanced growth rate.
