After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

On the analysis of energy consumption and pollution emission in coal enterprises, the urgency of energy conservation and emission reduction in coal enterprises is pointed out. Then the main problems in such areas as management practices are described in this paper. At last concrete countermeasures are proposed to conserve energy and reduce emission through technological innovation, management innovation and high staff quality.
