  • Abstract
    The group delay ripple (<; +/-50ps) of a chirped fiber Bragg grating (dispersion = 1651ps/nm) is removed by spectral phase modulation to achieve twofold improvement in the range resolution (~320μm) of a chirped pulse lidar.
