  • Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. Using the Green´s function and the perturbation technique we have computed the effect of a finite rise time on a right circularly polarized (R) wave in a magnetoplasma medium. In the degenerated case of /spl omega//sub b//spl rarr/0, the downshifted mode become a magnetic wiggler field. We are currently investigating the effect of creating a bounded inhomogeneous time varying plasma on the wiggler field through ED-TD technique and the results will be presented.
