Abstract
Diagnostics automation in the integrated support concept is described in terms of its primary attributes and their normal relationship to one another. The description is set forth with the understanding that each attribute may have both managerial and technological aspects and, in the broadcast sense, could be evaluated from the standpoint of how it contributes to the resolution of chronic support deficiencies
