The purpose of the study is research of an analysis method about competitive situation of the passenger car market. Firstly cluster analysis of 131 kind passenger cars on the market value, and then established panel data model of each submarket. The parameter estimation of price weight influence sales quantity to determine the degree of influence of each car in each model. Therefore the method could be used for quantitative analysis on the competitive position of passenger cars market.
