Abstract
A new class of 2-D continuous-discrete linear systems is defined. The general response formula for regular 2-D continuous-discrete linear systems is derived. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the reachability and controllability of standard 2-D continuous-discrete linear system are established. The minimum energy control problem is formulated and solved for the systems
