  • Abstract
    Conventional PID control algorithm is difficult to obtain good effect in control of the temperature of FC furnace gypsum calcination which is characterized by time-varying process, nonlinearity, and big disturbance. In view of the steady-state accuracy of PID control, strong robustness and fast response of fuzzy control, this paper designs fuzzy PID controller to control the pre-drying temperature by overcoming disturbances in the system through online adjustment of the PID parameters. Simulation results show that this control strategy has high-speed quality and stability compared to conventional PID.
