Study on enterprise knowledge management strategy

The knowledge management is the inevitable product of the information tehnology´s swift development and the era of knowledge economy´s arrival. It is essential to have a research on the knowledge management. This article analyses primary mission and influencing factor in knowledge management, and analyses the knowledge management question based on knowledge management´s three big classical models deeply. Based on these, this article proposes knowledge management strategies about balancing the technique and person, and the recessive knowledge dominance in knowledge management. It provides a new mentality which has the reference value for the knowledge management.
