Up to now, the research of knowledge intensive business services is stay in embryonic stage, while the research of the relation between knowledge intensive business services in Ningbo and urbanization process is still in blank. Thus, according to the statistics of economic census in Ningbo, we analysis the variety of Ningbo property and employment structure quantificational, have an initial exploration to some basic questions in the process of knowledge intensive business services and urbanization, and propose some relevant strategic measures to prompt the process of Ningbo urbanization in the field of knowledge intensive business services.
