Abstract
To solve the problems of narrow range of frequency conversion and unsteadiness control of the composite magnetic field control system in the existing AECR (aluminum electromagnetic continuous roll-casting) process, this paper analyzed the principium of AECR and effects produced by electromagnetic parameter on quality of roll-casting sheet. Combining the fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm, a design scheme of AC-DC-AC Frequency Inverter based on SPWM was adopted. Meanwhile, a grain size soft-sensor model of SVM-based was established. The results show that, the control system being ameliorated can produce composite magnetic field in accordance with technologic requirements. And aluminum sheets have homogeneous microstructure, of which grain size reaches the first-class level and mechanical properties are remarkably improved.
