Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the structure of core competence, the focus of this paper is on the relationship of corporate M&A, innovation and core competence. According to systematical analyses, we find that M&A is an important way for the formation of enterprise culture. This is the process of resources integrating and different culture syncretizing. It will bring organization members to learn more new knowledge and diffuse them in whole firm. Therefore, with the technology and institution innovation, not only innovation capability but also persistent competitiveness of the corporate will be enhanced.
