IPR pledge financing is a new type of financing. Private enterprises are paying more and more attention to the construction of intellectual property rights, paving the way for IPR pledge financing. However, there are many private enterprises in the flawed construction of intellectual property, but IPR pledge financing this key threshold. In this paper, the construction of private enterprise intellectual property and intellectual property problems in the construction, overview of IPR pledge financing and intellectual property rights to pledge financing effect were discussed. The private enterprise financing and the construction of private corporate financing becoming a vicious cycle for the virtuous circle ways were proposed. So that private enterprises pay more attention to intellectual property rights, developing toward the healthy direction of IPR financing.
