Psychological contract is of great theoretical and practical significance to future potential cooperation as well as the stability of virtual enterprises (V.E). The paper makes an analysis of how psychology contract plays its role in the process of cooperation between V.E and besides the content of alliance commitment is clarified by establishing the model of psychological contract of V.E based on the study of the concept of psychological contract of V.E. Finally the paper points out that alliance commitment made by both sides of cooperation should satisfy mutual psychological expectations if higher degree of satisfaction from both sides is achieved.
