  • Abstract
Analysis of seismic information received by means of acoustic sensors installed at the head of oil wells proved that when anomalous seismic processes (ASP) arise, seismic-acoustic waves spread in deep strata of the earth several tens of hours earlier than the expected earthquake is registered by ground seismic stations. Technology is offered for robust noise analysis of seismic-acoustic signals, as well as models and algorithms for determining the coordinates of ASP focus by means of stations built at suspended oil wells in 4 seismically active regions of Azerbaijan.
