Abstract
In this paper, a dynamic multi-swarm particle swarm optimization was carried out for the loads distribution method of thermal power plant, which avoids the standard particle swarm optimization easy to fall into local optimum faults. By dividing the particle swarm splits into two child particle swarm, which increases the diversity, enhances the exchange of information between particle swarm, obviously improves the convergence speed and precision and has better the globally researching optimization capability. By putting the algorithm into the optimal distribution of load of concrete problems, its effectiveness was verified.
