Abstract
In recent years, with the financial reform and the deepening of financial innovation, commercial banks are facing increasing operational risk. Operational risk refers to the bank risk due to internal processes, employees, system defect, improper operation, or the direct or indirect losses under the impact of external events. This paper makes comparative study on the operational risk of listed commercial banks in China with managerial scale by income model.
