With its rapid development, small and medium-sized enterprises have developed into a significant force in China´s economy and have made great contributions to China´s economy development. However, since the change of the external environment, the small and medium-sized enterprises in China encountered some difficulties which hinder its expansion and development. The article mainly analyzes the problems facing the small and medium-sized enterprises at present and the countermeasures in the aim of helping the small and medium-sized enterprises out of its predicament and maintained a sustainable and healthy development.
