It is the important basis for technology innovation activities of enterprises through constructing the knowledge environment to transfer and share technology innovation knowledge among Knowledge alliances. This paper analyzes the important role of knowledge environment among alliance enterprises, and puts forward some strategies for constructing effective knowledge environment, including maintaining collaboration of enterprise technology innovation knowledge bases, building technology innovation knowledge integrated network, and constructing platform of knowledge exchange, etc.
