How to improve the teacher-students´ educational technique ability in the information society

With the deepening and expanding of various methods of information dissemination in the field of education, educational technology of teachers has received more and more attention. Teacher-students are reserve personnel and reinforcements, whose educational technology will have a critical impact on teachers´ professional quality and the development of education. At first, this paper analyzes the problems about the training of teacher-students in education technology, then introduce solutions to the problems targeted.
