Based on the experiential learning theory, this paper aims to explore the learning cycle of the organization members with mentoring, and uses SEM to verify this hypothesis. An organization with mentoring system has been conducted to illustrate the applicability of the research model. The samples are the employees and they are the mentorship of the mentee role within the organizations. Valid questionnaires are 608. Research finds that experiential learning cycle shows significant positive influence to every mentee. Therefore if enterprises want the mentee to obtain the experience, to have positive comments and concrete experiences, they should strengthen the staff´s (the mentee´s) observing, abstract concept as well as the feeling and realizing by active learning.
