Abstract
The paper deals with the sensitivity of the flicker measurement according to IEC 868 and EN 50160 requirements on the start time at the measurement. Furthermore evaluation methods are introduced to improve the stability of the long term flicker sensitivity factor relative to the start time of the measurement.
