  • Abstract
Velocity pulsation and concentration fluctuations of particles lead to generation of induced current, which have an effect on propagation of waves in a nonstationary cold collisionless plasma. Scattered waves arise due to the interaction between the mean field and fluctuating one. Hydrodynamic equations are used for analyses of scattered processes in a inhomogeneous cold plasma. The phase velocity of incident and scattered waves exceeds the thermal velocity of plasma particles. In this paper we examine propagation of high frequency electromagnetic waves through a random inhomogeneous plane layer with spatial-temporal irregularities.
