Abstract
Features of low-frequency waves phenomena in homogeneous magnetized plasma have been well studied. However, the influence of inhomogeneity and nonstationarity of plasma parameters on statistical characteristics of hydrodynamic waves has not been investigated in detail. Little attention is devoted to magnetohydrodynamic waves in turbulent plasma streams, observed both in cosmic and laboratory conditions. The article studies the hydrodynamic wave propagation statistical characteristics in a cold plasma in the presence of external magnetic field.
