  • Abstract
    On basis of the thorough analysis of the issue of integrated product modeling and deficiencies of current methods of product modeling in concurrent and cooperative development environment, This work presents a framework of integrated product model and the architecture of the framework, which is composed of master models and application models represented by UML. In addition, a model for process of extracting product models is provided as well as a mechanism of maintaining consistency, which is based on associations among models and a product data coordination protocol.
