  • Abstract
    Paroxysmal public crisis management reflects operating capability of the government. Knowledge is favorable resource in crisis management, but how to make good use of it is still a cordial knot. Based on the theory of supernetwork, this paper proposes a supernetwork model of knowledge management in paroxysmal public crisis, which consists of three-tiers: knowledge network, personal network and knowledge medium network. Through model analysis and optimization, we learn how to improve the utilization ratio of knowledge and reaction velocity of management, which leads to a more effective paroxysmal public crisis management.
