Abstract
For continuous and collaborative improvements in higher education, various types of learners´ data are needed, and any efforts should be conducted based on the PDCA cycle. This paper pursues the utilization of weekly questionnaire surveys at classes with a particular emphasis on self-awareness and collaboration. We prototypically implemented a questionnaire survey system with which both teachers and students are prompted to be aware of the state of the art of their teaching and learning with survey results, and both of them are improved continuously. Two-month trial of our system validates the effectiveness of our approach and some experience-based knowledge is quantitatively verified.
