  • Abstract
Ships radar play very important role in Navigation to avoid failure and collisions of ship. Therefore this system must be carefully designed with high accuracy and minimum error. The errors and uncertainty of navigation radars may arise from different parts of those radar systems. The errors rise from antenna may cause to lacking the echo signals from obstacles and this can be resulted to a very dangerous situation. In this paper, the errors happened by effects of the objects around the ships radars in radiation pattern of two types of navigation radars is examined. The radiating pattern of two types of navigation radars and analyzing of objects effects on antenna radiating pattern are considered.
