Abstract

This paper gives the design idea and realized functions of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system based on XML, bring forward the information exchange framework of EPR based on Web Service. It also put forward the generation and validating method of multiple digital signatures about EPR, the special XML document. By this system, we can securely and trustily realize information exchange between EPR systems, data sharing between EPR system and Hospital Information System (HIS).
