Abstract
Due to uncertainties and complexities give birth to the future of emerging technologies, conventional methods for technology evaluation are subjected to many drawbacks and limitations. Even though we can divide a complex system into subsystems, the relative weights of the subsystems are also a crucial problem, because of these subsystems usually exist interdependence and feedback. This paper discusses the industrialization potential evaluation system based on Delphi survey, and evaluates the industrialization potential of emerging technologies using the analytic network process (ANP). A complete ANP model and pairwise comparisons are generated in this paper though the Super Decision software, and supermatrix calculation and sensitivity analysis are discussed at last. Benefits ofthe approach are detailed through illustrative example.
