  • Abstract
Needed from the development of city construction, there is an increasingly high demand to the city lights system in factors of stability, security, economy and reliability. These factors´ ensuring will grasp timely, accurate and systematic analyses for the lights system by new and high technologies. With the continuous development of Internet technologies and with the long-range real-time monitoring techs, technical staff will be able to monitor the various devices such as to conduct the collection of on/off, voltage and current data and statistical analysis. B/S model features in economy system R&D, maintenance and upgrading, feasible structure-expansion, and flexible services for information exchange and announce. Combined monitoring system core techs with B/S model and intelligent switch time control, this study constructed one typical B/S model long-range monitoring system named as light energy control and management system. Based on Web technology ad lights remote control management, this succeeded work had implemented long-range, real-time and visual monitoring and analysis.
