  • Abstract
Based on principle component analysis (PCA) method, taking 32 confined water quality samples in Jining city as example, analyzing 9 variables which influence the confined water quality situation of samples, studying the indication and signification of calculated four principle components (PCs), and comprehensively appraising confined water quality of each samples by calculating comprehensive scores according to established scoring function. The process is convenient and the results are intuitional, which all indicate that PCA method is reasonable and efficient for confined water quality evaluation.
