Abstract
Security assessment is an important part of secondary system security and protection for electric power system, and it can guide the construction of security technology and security management architecture. In this paper, a security assessment platform for electric power secondary system is designed and implemented, which consists of risk data acquisition, risk identification and analysis, synthetical assessment and assessment report generation. And the assessment database is built in the platform according to relational security standard. Using the platform, security assessment process can be finished automatically, subjectivity and assessment cost can be reduced, and the assessment efficiency and veracity can be enhanced.
