  • Abstract
    Recently, it has been necessary to integrate inductor devices for high frequency systems. However, it is very difficult to make inductors with high precision on an integrated circuit by parasitic capacitance and line resistance. Hence some equivalent inductor circuits, composed of current-mode circuits and switched capacitor circuits based on GIC or gyrator, are presented
