  • Abstract
    A new kind of differential pressure flow-sensor consisted of double-cones was developed. The relationship curve of flow-rate and differential pressure of the flow-sensor was obtained by means of experimental study and FLUENT computational simulation. The results indicated that the design of the flow-sensor possesses the lower pressure loss, more steady flow and wider flow range than the conventional differential pressure flow-meter. It is prospective to applying to the measurement of gas-liquid two-phase flow area.
