Abstract
Biorthogonal wavelet transforms are applied to multichannel subdural electroencephalographic data to determine the time of epileptic seizure onset. A soft-thresholding technique is utilized to separate the ictal activity using a set of threshold values computed from manually selected training segments. The time points of seizure onset are detected by a new data integration procedure
