Abstract
The MOS resistor array infrared scene projector is the key component and advanced technology in hardware-in-the-loop simulation for infrared guidance weapons. Infrared scene simulation software is developed on the basis of OpenGL 2.0, a high performance visual simulation development platform, and its 3DMax module. Real-time infrared images are generated to drive infrared scene projector based on the MOS resistor array. Firstly the infrared imaging guidance simulation system structure, image generation software and infrared scene projector are studied and designed respectively. Secondly based on a lot of tests on 128×128 MOS resistor array, a novel non-uniformity correction algorithm for MOS resistor array is presented, and a linear look-up table is established. This simulator system has been applied to the research on the seeker of certain type of infrared missile, and ideal results have been obtained.
