Abstract
This paper presents a new delay-dependent and parameter-dependent robust stability criterion for linear continuous-time systems with polytopic parameter uncertainties. This criterion, expressed as set of linear matrix inequalities, The present method incorporates a relaxed parameter-dependent technique combined with a recently proposed idea of introducing slack variables matrices. The present result is also less conservative than existing stability tests using parameter-dependent methods. Numerical examples are given to show the less conservativeness of the results.
