  • Abstract
    Multiple faults which takes a long time to looks for a restoration plan scheme. The first sequential the second simultaneous step performance index and algorithm have been adopted often lead to a large area outage be restored. The proposed method that applies a two-step restoration step treats outages one by one and treats a whole system. A restoration feeder-pair based load-balancing to achieve high efficiency.
