  • Abstract
    This panel session will discuss the importance of mentoring as a means of growing the field of microwave engineering. Rudy Henning exemplified the ideal mentor and this panel, consisting of Professors Linda Katehi, Tom Brazil, and John Volakis, will discuss the ways in which mentoring can be used to encourage future generations of microwave engineers.
