  • Abstract
    This paper deals with voltage quality monitoring in network which reminds Smart Grid in the whole world with its structure. Future grids are connected in mesh-grid structure. Network with mesh-grid was created using the power line model. All consumer and electric energy producers are interconnected at this structure. There is non-linear load and four various points of coupling in different electric distance from the measured load. Voltage quality change was monitored. The paper contains assessment of measured data as well as change of harmonics size and also total harmonic distortion of voltage and current. Measurement confirmed that at any automatic or manual manipulations in network short-circuit power at the connecting point consumers may change. Short-circuit power may significantly affect the size of voltage distortion. In this measurement, point of coupling change caused increase of the voltage harmonic size and also total harmonic distortion of voltage, even above the limits specified in standard STN EN 50160.
