  • Abstract
    Basing on the IEC´s description of the typical actual lightning current, Shanghai Jiao Tong University developed the first set of continuous multi-component of lightning current simulation experiment system. This paper put forward a kind of continuous multi-pulse multi-waveform of actual lightning current impulse current test system´s implementation method which conform to the IEC´s typical lightning current component parameters and possible combinations to describe the actual lighting current. Also has developed a set of impulse current test system contains one lightning current simulated first short time impulse current, two lightning current simulated Subsequence short time impulse current, a square wave current simulated the first long time lightning current and a direct current simulated the second long time lightning current. The amplitude respectively reached 200kA, 540kA, 2kA and 400A and subsequent short time lightning current and two long time lightning current can be set, adjustable timing controlled 4 waveform 5 pulse impulse current. Each lightning current generator composed the system can be used as a single shock waveform current generator, also can mix into the ABCD four waveforms and many components current generator conform to the relevant lightning protection test requirements of aircraft. The system both achieves the approximation of the actual lightning current simulation, also can meet the existing standards of industries of all kinds of lightning current effect simulation test requirements.
