Abstract
Positioning, as one of the prime components of context, has been a driving factor in the development of ubiquitous computing applications throughout the past two decades. Based on the redundant positioning architecture, this paper discusses the issues of suitability and scalability of algorithms for sensor data fusion from analytical and practical perspectives.
